Throughout the year, Hospice of South Georgia hosts a variety of support groups, educational opportunities, volunteer activities, professional training and recognition programs, fundraisers, and community awareness events.

Coming Events :

• New Volunteer Training Classes- The next volunteer training will be on Saturday, September 11, 2010 from 8:30am - 3:00pm. Please contact us if you are interested in volunteering. We strive to coordinate volunteer training to fit different schedules, let us know what works for you! • Adult Bereavement Support Group- Meetings will be held each Tuesday from September 7th - October 12th at the Hospice of South Georgia Administrative Building, 2263 Pineview Drive, Valdosta from 6pm - 7:30pm. This group is open to anyone that has experienced the loss of a loved one. Sessions are free, but groups are closed after the second session. Call 229-249-4100 to register or for more information..
